Lina has always approached her work in a proactive and optimistic manner, with a fierce sense of curiosity and discipline that's resulted in her making a vastly outsized impact in her position. Most importantly, she has also shown a quiet determination to consistently improve her craft and exhibit a growth mindset.

Lina has a really unique background and set of interests. In every task she was given, Lina fully explored the full problem space to make sure she was improving the entire feature. She applied her UX background well to the workflow design, and wrote code for user-facing elements as well as for file manipulation on disk, owning the full stack of the process.

Lina was exceptional during the 4 months at FGF. She is eager to learn new things and very adaptive to new concepts. She is very independent in getting her tasks completed and she is very strong at working with other departments.
